The registration process takes place on a separate secure site. Please note that once you click to register you will be redirected to a 3rd party application to complete the registration process and go through the payment options. Trade Pass
Trade passes are now available for those looking to attend the Exhibition at the APGA Convention only. These passes are free, but registration is required.
Full Delegate Registration
When you register as a Full Delegate for the APGA Convention, you will gain access to all Convention business sessions, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in the event’s educational offerings. Additionally, you will receive complimentary tickets to all social functions, including limited-seating events, so be sure to register early. Your registration also includes all catering and refreshments provided throughout the Convention, entry to the trade exhibition, trade presentations and displays, and online access to Convention papers and presentations post-convention. Finally, you will receive a Convention satchel complete with its contents, rounding out the full delegate experience.

Day Delegate Registration
Day Delegate Registration offers entry to the trade exhibition, trade presentations and displays, all catering and refreshments during the Convention, online access to Convention papers and
presentations after the event, as well as a Convention satchel and contents. Social function tickets can be purchased separately via the registration portal.
- Day Delegate Registration APGA Member – $1,075
- Day Delegate Registration Non-Member – $1,495
Partner Registration & Children
Partner Registration will entitle attendance at all recreational activities and social functions and partner daytime activities, as well as entry to the trade exhibition.
Children up to and including 15 years of age are complimentary and are welcome to attend the Sunday Get-Together, Partners’ Day Outing and lunches – Registration required. Tickets to functions may be purchased for children 16 years and over.
Virtual Registration
We are pleased to announce that virtual access to the 2023 APGA Convention is available. Virtual registration includes access to the virtual stream (plenary sessions only), access to the recordings of all the presentations post the Convention and access to the live social stream during the convention broadcast. For all those that cannot attend in person, this is a wonderful alternative to participate in the APGA Convention.

WLDP, YPF Members and IGU Partners
Special discount has been included in the ticket price for our WLDP and YPF members, as well as IGU partners. To access this discount please utilise the appropriate promotional code on registration.
